Kailash, "This is very true but I have serious doubts the deal will go through. Athm will realize Xcit is a drag on their company and decouple." My question for you is what exactly does ATHM bring to the party; XCIT has a vast, relatively sticky audience and provides the most important service of all, a user-friendly, knowledgeable gateway to the richness of the internet.
