The Net can have a nasty way of turning a business plan to dust. Ask electronic data interchange supplier Harbinger (www.harbinger.com).

The Atlanta-based company is struggling to keep afloat as cheaper Web-based alternatives from the likes of IPNet Solutions Inc. and DynamicWeb Enterprises Inc. steadily fill its pockets with sand. An albatross-heavy stock price of $6 per share at press time isn't helping matters either.

I saw that....that is what lifted my eyes a few weeks ago. But I'm still a window shopper....
