German Co. Raises IMPCO Technologies Stake To 14.1%

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--BERU Aktiengesellschaft lifted its stake in IMPCO Technologies Inc. (IMCO) to 14.1%.

In a filing Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, BERU said it bought 73,450 common shares between Jan. 13 and Jan. 21 at prices ranging from $12.69 to $12.88 a share, and now holds 1.01 million shares of the Cerritos, Calif., company.
