Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. In a statement, chief operating officer Tom Povinelli called the deal a ''first step in what we hope will be an aggressive campaign to substantially increase our on-line presence.'' I am looking in my notebook which has GSIX and GTAX highlighted and a notation saying check them now, but to be honest I can't remember if GSIX was for earnings or what. I hate when that happens. as to NTFY, never heard of it. GTAX is one I do remember that is a alternate earnings play.
