We're now pricing tonight for tomorrow. This combined with a telco (except for LVLT with their bullish preannounce and METNF) and general market selloff, has us down. I sold some early this AM with the anticipation of buying back in on the IPO.

Secondaries per se have nothing to do with a stock selling off. If this were insiders significantly lightening (it isn't), or if bad news hits (for instance, even if their Q4 numbers were terrible, and they won't be) IMO WCII and BBFW's future is STILL very bright.
