Hi Amein, Are you familiar with this company? Any opinions on it? Are they in to web-based teleconferencing at all? I have seen practically no coverage of this IPO in the press. I went through their prospectus last week and found it to be very confusing. They bought several companies over the past few years and they breakout the financial history for each one individually, but they did not have collective totals representing the financial history of the entire organization. They are in a fairly high margin business and have been growing very quickly. I think a shift away from people outsourcing this service (and buying their own bridges) can be a potential problem. But, it is a good market to be in. Too bad they didn't change their name to Vialog.com!
