AG insider activity: Looks to me like one insider sold in August at higher prices than current, 9.25 to 11.19, and one insider bought in Nov. @ 9.56

That's not exactly a rush for the exits considering insiders are more likely to sell than buy [Need the money to build a house, other personal expenses or just to diversify holdings]. Since the selling occurred at higher levels and has subsided at current levels, there's no indication management feels AG is in for further major declines.
