That is true. The main point I was trying to make, was that it was clear to me that things were very bad by looking at the report. However, there were many tactics in the report which are often used to mask the reality. This had me worried that they would be less than honest in their conference call. I am glad to see that was not the case. To indicate that the management should not have been frank in the CC to support the stock price, is tantamount to saying, "why didn't they push the stock to a bunch of suckers so that I can get out". Then next quarter when the reality would hit, the "new" shareholders would be (rightfully) complaining about the deceit. I have no problem with questioning the management's strategy or execution.
