How earnings plays that were "called" are faring:
PPDI+7/16, (wrote special article with chart on that one)
FBN up strongly 2nd day in a row up 7/8 today,
CLYS strong and up 11/16,
NSPK +18% in new days,
MISI +2 at its high now +1,
MELI +3/4 up 1 3/4 at its intraday high,
USF + 2 1/2 in two days,
CNET +15 at day's high up 2 now,
MENT trying hard and positive,
FRNT + 3/8 new high,
ECILF, CTAL, TKLC did not hold up today but were good on anticipation up until last day. And we did not have that many earnings plays this week.

ART..alternate earnings play reports. Chart patterns were not with keeping with the stringent criteria of an earnings play but now that the earnings came out ART has more potential upside. This should teach us that no matter how bad the market climate, the earnings plays if they report well, will indeed buck the trend.

The chart was very oversold and in a down trend. Today earnings came out and of course ART (ACNielsen Corp) bucked the trend. Could be some nice upside here since the good news comes on the heels of a really beaten down stock with a pretty bad chart and 28% price retreat for January.
