Ellen, if the trial is complete, and XOMA had announced it, do you think XOMA would still be going down today? I sort of doubt it. Think it probably would have gone up. I want to believe XOMA will tell all shareholders, at the same time when the trial does conclude. But given what has become standard practice I can't.

When the information is unblinded, it is imperative that shareholders be told the mortality as well as number of accruals in each arm. XOMA does not need to go into the statistical significance of the results if it feels it should not.

The terrible thing is that I feel XOMA will have some esoteric reason for not doing any of the above.

Guess I have to see one more card but I also am getting close to throwing in my hand.
