Caution is best... This is an interesting press release: SECURITIES RESOLUTION ADVISORS INC. EXECUTES DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE INTERNET AUCTION INC. PORT WASHINGTON, N.W. ---Feb. 1, 1999---Securities Resolution Advisors Inc.(OTC BB:SRAD)("SRAD") announced today it has executed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Internet Auction, Inc. ("Auction") in exchange for eighty percent of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company. The closing of the acquisition is scheduled for February 25, 1999. Upon closing of this transaction, the company intends to apply for a name and symbol change. The proposed name will be Internet Auction, Inc. Following the closing date; Auction's management will assume the management of SRAD.
