To All,

I sent this to cvr yesterday in the hopes I could light a fire under them to get more active in talking about their work.

I still have a lot of faith in what they have, but I am frustrated by their almost extreme desire to not "hype" their stock. I think that is the last thing they need to worry about.

My broker does have a commitment from them that they will have a couple of significant new releases by the 3rd week in February. However, I would encourage anyone interested to call and bug them, too.

Anyway, this is what I sent to them:

Tom,

The following was reported in one of the internet forums (Stockman Forum) on Sunday. Due to this, a press release about something significant might be good to couple with this.

STOCK WATCH:

BUY SIGNALS: All signals were generated on 01/31/97 after the close.

V.CVR (Consolidated Viscount -- $1.70): V.CVR has a BUY signal (92/100)
from a Relative Strength Divergence, a Bollinger Band Crossover, a Trend Line
Break, a Trading Band Crossover, and a Volume Accumulation Percent Breakout
with no weekly confirmation. Short-term resistance occurs at $2.21 and
medium-term resistance is at $3.25.

Anyway, thought you all would be interested. Hope this finds you all doing well.
