Here is a copy of an e-mail I just got today from ASTRA:

Dear Sir,
My name is Jim Cuttle VP Sales and Marketing for Astra Pain Control and I am
responding to you inquiry on Muse.
I do not know where you got your information on MUSE but it is significantly
inaccurate.
First of all Astra was not responsible for registration and secondly
registration are rolling out over the expected timeline.
