See post #42 If it is correct, the warrants have a $15.00 conversion and expire in May 1999. not much time. I can think of better options to buy. Unless some great news breaks I don't think this stock will see > $15.00 for some time. I did buy 400 shares at $1 7/16. I think it has potential longer term and if you can buy the stock at this price, why risk the warrants Maybe all the stock holders should buy vests for self protection. Should help the stock. NT
