Personally I don't care if they need to resort to cheap PR tactics in order to qualify for NASDAQ or not. If you're worried about fundamentals, you should probably sell all of your position right away because it's currently achieved a valuation that is already too high given its current financials. On the other hand, if you're waiting for this thing to hit NASDAQ like most of the others on this thread then you also realize that it could easily be worth US$20-25 after settling on NASDAQ. That gives you an easy quadruple even at the current price. And that's just a starting point, it could go much beyond that depending on how the US net stocks hold up.

Don't get me wrong. I agree with your assertion that the company doesn't have enough strength on its own to maintain these levels. The only reason it's at where it is currently is because of speculation. But if you look at all of the net stocks, that's exactly how they all work.
