Check out TIER a CA based Y2K shop that is dependent upon Humana for 50-80% of revenues in any one quarter. Humana is merging with Colombia and new management does not care to use TIER. Insider sales have been picking up pace and the window opens February 4. Apparently they are lined up. As well, questionable capitalization of software issues.
