Got it, Will. Sorry. I guess I did mis-interpret your post.

If you're located in "old copper", you may not get any improvement. USR has been pretty clear that in a large majority of tested lattas the local loop quality is good enough the get anywhere from 42-56k throughput. It will be much clearer 6 months from now.
