Joe, the positive cash flow isn't from operations. It is actually from the sale of stock and the float on expanding sales. In fact, the last analysis I did from AMZN's 10-Q indicated that AMZN has a negative cash flow from operations. But the way I calculate cash flow from operations excludes changes in balance sheet items such as A/P and A/R because I believe those items can distort results by taking advantage of the large differential in the rates of A/P growth vs. A/R growth.

I'll try to find my notes and post back on this issue later.
