If AMZN can maintain float on sales (not necessarily float on expaning sales) it should be added to operating cash flow since it is effectively part of thier business model. The question is can they maintaing this style of operation. I am surprised more people are not concerned that their biggest competitor just bought the nations largest distributor which happens to supply 60% of AMZN'z books. This is probably why they are borrowing to beef up thier inventory infrascture.
