That's his opinion. The case on perjury is overwhelming, the case on obstruction, more circumstantial, but strong nevertheless, IMO. Personally, I agree with him on the fact finding. It is not Constitutional and should not be contemplated. The Senate should vote up or down on acquital as the Constitution dictates. JLA
