I sincerely doubt any application was submitted to NASD recently. Godin knows he hasn't got the stock support he needs to file an app at this time, and if things fell apart, he'd come away with egg on his face with probably no chance of a repeat performance. I agree that they should have all the financial info they need to submit, but something is holding them back by the looks of it. I acknowledge that he can't release pertinent info about any listing app that may be out there, but at the very least he should give us the year-ends.

If he waits till May like was the case last year, or even April, BII could tank and by then the game will be over.
