I'd be much more concerned if the #2 guy took a latteral move. Think about it. How many assistant coaches with good, secure positions in good programs roll the dice when a head coach position comes open, even at a lesser program? The guy had a shot at a CEO and took it. If ISIP has other departures, I'd also be concerned. Kinda like when multiple insiders are selling material amounts of stock at about the same time. IMSCO Scott
