LETTER FROM BRIAN HARRIS
Dear David,
Please do not take this the wrong way and I leave it up to you whether you post these comments on your chat line. The information that was being worked on which you got access to and then disseminated was not my idea. Even though the information was marked draft and underconstruction, no-one called to ask any questions before cutting and pasting and reprinting bits and pieces. The comments, speculations related, and debate connected seems to have life and story of its' own from the few I read.
We have been working on the ISSM situation as well as a number of other important deals for some time. To suddenly have a basket full of old shareholders and new investors looking for information in a hot market was not the plan. We need to concentrate on getting the business done, and the market will take care of itself. I am sure you can appreciate this. On the other hand, I can understand everyone's interest, opinions and comments. But after reading a few of the comments between the different people, in particular those concerning me -- I decided to simply not get involved with anything for the record. In my opinion, its a no win situation - hence my reluctance to get back to the related enquires as quickly as I would normally.
That being said, there is a press announcement from us, DataPower, the private company being released later today. And ISSM's attorney's have or are in the process of filing certain information with the SEC which no doubt will show up in their filings.
I hope now that we have this moving ahead, and with the information available, old shareholders and potential new shareholders alike will have an idea of where we are going and will be supportive of what we believe will be a revitalized company.
Again, thank you for your interest in the company.
Kind regards,
Brian Harris President, DataPower USA, Inc |
