Elio, you answered your own question... If a private placement was done the shares would NOT be sold now. Anyone watching BNEZ's progress would wait till distribution increases and the advertising is rolled out. Once a product is rolled out I would then look at least one year to track sales. I don't like the share price either but if you're not day trading BNEZ it is no big deal. Pennies tend to pop when they finally move and go up very quickly on a run. The better pennies hold the higher price position and the pennies of little substance tend to come right back down. It obviously isn't BNEZ's time yet so the daily price watching is almost meaningless. I'm still asking for an answer to the cert recall and the dividend? Hey, Mike Farrar you're so knowledgeable how about an answer? Lakers
