I have no problem with honest, frank management statements. It's clueless, visionless, and overly pessimistic statements I have a problem with. They deliberately painted the worst picture they could and offered no hope for the immediate future, just to trash the stock down to the lowest common denominator. And they have succeeded marvelously at that.

There was NOTHING to prevent them from issuing this warning as soon as they had the info. Why did they have to wait for the earnings report to do it? And considering what they said at the CC and how awful the stock performance has been, do these guys deserve to be running this company?

Assuming they have turned about half their AR's into cash, they should have about $450 million after paying out the dividend. That's 5 dollars per share in cash. So everything else in the company isn't even worth 7 bucks now. They keep growing their cash but destroying total value at the same time. And if you assume they are down to around $1.20 a year in earnings that's a multiple of less than 6 on the company. Would this company be this cheap in the hands of competent management?
