I have been in the stock market since 1963 . I thought I had seen everything but I guess I haven't. This Company claims at its CC that they can save or eliminate the help desk for passwords. If that is the case why can't their salesman point this out to companies like Intel where they probably have 10 people answering password questions. This is more like a million dollars a year for Intel . There are probably hundreds of companies like that. Could it be that IDX has NO SALESPEOPLE and the company actually waits for business to come to it? I am starting to think that to be the case. With all these millions in sales yet the earnings keep getting lower. Very puzzling. Robert Cordiano I am beginning to agree with you (just a little though) about Fowler. I am starting to think that he needs a real manager i.e. COO. Either this Company does not want to or does not know how to secure the help of pushers to get pilots implemented and deals pushed through faster. This is getting rather maddening. Jean .
