Very slow downloads with 128 bit encrypted Navigator.Often i have 2 browser windows running cuz it takes so long on the other i might as well do something else.Also when it downloads i often cant bring up another window from the toolbar-in fact,often everything freezes and i cant even scroll around the window until the download is finished.I cant even stop the damn download!I had no probs with non-encrypted Netscape-any ideas?...I read the above 50 tips,no help though..thanx
