People, Please be very careful. This PR is only a proposal. Nothing has changed and it may be that is actually works against the investors as absolutely no details were even given. Maybe it's good news. Maybe not. Who knows? It seems that the company would have at least made some attempt at letting the shareholders know what this truly means.
