Hey Kevin,

Thank you for that fantastic post. There are many issues in your post which I believe bear discussion... example, how do we know we are at the BOTTOM of the K-wave, and not the top.

Also, you might want to share more about how you used the dividend yield. Are you familiar with the SCY ratio?
