Captain:

As I've stated before, the reason Y2k doesn't get any mainstream 'respect' is because the issue has been co-opted, or should I say radicalized, by the evangelical right. Apparently there was a Y2k feature on Pat Robertson's 700 club last night. This is the same guy who brought you 'vengeful' hurricanes.
There is not a single, high profile, widely recognized, Y2k spokesperson for the media to tap. Until Y2k can be wrenched from the survivalist crowd, it's going to struggle for true recognition until some major failures start popping up mid-year.
As for David's optimistic (read hype) forecasts for TAVA...A couple of blowout quarters does not a rocket ride make. Especially since the TAVA earnings tree is falling in a desert bereft of analysts or institutional investors. If nobody on the street 'hears' the earnings, from an investor's standpoint, they didn't happen.
It's going to be a slow, arduous climb. Maybe the old highs by mid-year. No big moves until marketing of the company becomes major league in concert with several more hot quarters. It's rookie instructional league at this point. I plan to tuck my shares away for a long winter's nap. When they wake up in about two years, they will be more than worth the wait.
