Networks Telephony Corp. Leapfrogs Competition With Private, Global Network And Everyline Voice-Over-IP Services Telephone Services Immediately Available to Businesses and Consumers Through <>

February 2, 1999
EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ via NewsEdge Corporation
-- Networks Telephony Corp. (NTC), a truly global Internet Protocol
(IP) carrier, today announced the availability of its Everyline(TM)
Phone-to-Phone IP telephony solution for ISPs, systems integrators
and carriers. The service enables multinational corporations,
large-sized businesses and consumers to place high quality, reliable
phone calls to any phone in the world, and to significantly reduce
international long distance charges by leveraging NTC's global IP
infrastructure.

Everyline Phone-to-Phone service is available immediately through
channel partners including Infonet Services Corp., operating
globally, INET, Inc., serving businesses with international
communications, and Cleartel Communications, Inc., providing
international transport to Latin America and Mexico.

"In a world where everyday business operations are becoming
increasingly global, IP technologies hold tremendous promise for
their variety and efficiency of communications," said Steve Roberts,
vice president and general manager, Cleartel Communications.
"Everyline IP phone calls deliver the same quality as traditional
phone calls. The only difference our customers notice is a lower
phone bill."

NTC uses a proven global network managed by Infonet Services
Corp., allowing the company to overstep competitors, who are still
struggling to build their infrastructure and form partnerships to gain
further reach. Additionally, because NTC does not route traffic over
the public Internet, the company is able to avoid quality problems
associated with an unmanaged network.

"IP technologies are revolutionizing communications services around
the world," said Bill Perren, president of NTC. "Lower phone bills,
broader offerings, and accessible, up-to-the-minute information are
just the beginning."

In a separate announcement, NTC is making available its Everyline
PC-to-Phone product for individual consumers and small businesses.
Everyline PC-to Phone is available through NTC's channel partners
worldwide, including next generation service providers in the United
Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands and the United
States.
