Bill,
I use AIQ software to track & do TA on stocks. I have a database of about 450 companies. For the past 2 months AIQ has singled out CMTR as showing the greatest amount of stock distribution of any company in this database (followed by IOMG). I'm a long time holder of CMTR (at a big loss), and I found this curious. Given the great products in the pipeline, why was there so much selling. I think we now understand. CMTR apparently has been, and from this letter will continue, to pay debts with stock. While it certainly helps the company to retain cash(meager though that pile may be) & deal with their debtors, it is dilutative and can be murder short-term (and possibly longer-term) on the shareholders. On the bright side, debt-holders are apparently willing to take equity. They must see value in the company. Let's hope so. As of yesterday, AIQ still shows serious distribution continuing in CMTR.

Ron
