I have an objection to a statement being made on here.

Everyone keeps saying that the CFO "jumped ship." From several sources that I can gather together, the CFO was the CEO, was demoted by the Board Members and a Shareholders meeting...Do a search in CBS Marketwatch and keep hitting more or look at the SEC files. It clearly shows that the CFO has been demoted and basically fired.

Secondly, the by law, the company had to announce that he was leaving BY JANUARY 31,1998 because that is when the current quarter closed. PRFM had no choice. It was not a bad call on their part, they were simply trying to follow the rules.

Get the whole picture people and stop this foolish arguing and forget the CFO. He was dumb, he got fired. Get over it. It is called hiring and firing in the real world. If some of these people would pay attention to what was going on in the company, then posted their comments, they wouldn't sound so stupid. Do a little DD on this. I am not saying buy, just state the facts, ya'll.

Regards,

Matt

Sorry I got a little hostile, I just hate lying.
