robert-i thought the same thing, so i passed along my questions/concerns to a couple of savvy traders....'painting the tape' is what i heard-lots of buys and apparent, or what should be actual, pressure on the price to move up, but the mm's sitting on it like a gorilla....eventually, this sort of manipulation should or ought to bring the market makers in the bulletin board world down-there is no true auction in these bb stocks...one the other hand, perhaps the true "market perception" of this company doesn't allow for a big gain on what seemed like a great news item to me...i'm banking on the potential of this little company from what i have been able to determine from this thread...did i hear somewhere..."the aol of china"...?? jmho
