Katherine - Re competition in 193nm. On what do you base the assertion that SVG is now shipping with Lambda? And on what basis did they (SVG and ASML) qualify the Lambda machines? (i.e. for trials or true production) I can find very little information on it, although I did find a good article on the roadmap to DUV and EUV: techweb.com Again, I'm not disagreeing, but looking for more information. Clark PS Anyone looked on the Yahoo! board today? Both humorous and scary. There is a person posting on it who is literally crazier than many of the homeless people you see on the street. True paranoid schizophrenic.
