That is what I read. How about splitting the company with each taking away a part. What is left for the stockholders. Sure is quiet. I did watch the afterhours trades and almost every single trade was at $2 and their were a lot. They were all in the 200 - 1000 shares per purchase range but still all at the ask.

I would feel a lot better if their were a hiccup or even a burp.
