I got a call from Kate Sweeny of Ameritrade today. She has been working with DTC to exercise my warrants. She explained it something like this: For some reason it normally takes DTC six weeks to properly divide up the shares and distribute them to the brokers. Since we are in a big hurry they expedited the process for a $25.00 fee to Ameritrade. There were three Ameritrade clients in the same boat and the one $25.00 fee applied to all three of us so it only cost us $8.35 each. This was in addition to the regular $25.00 fee to exercise. I guess I can live with that. Tim
