SIRC had an announcement in Dec,1998 about the complete testing of internet servce providing, they expected to put into full service in Jan,1999. Now is FEB,1999, maybe the NEWS for Launching of INTERNET SERVICE will be near. when it hit wire, it's the time for SIRC to take off! webquill.com
