Brad, you are right, I am just starting to research MP3 in earnest. But I did buy 1500 shares,some at 8,and some at 7.25.
But still none of those names are household that are selling MP3 right now. The biggies have not entered and the longer the lawsuit drags out the better from DIMD. Only Sony and Creaf are biggies that have announced MP3 players,but they have not started production in earnest.
What would be great is if this lawsuit took years,and DIMD won,and were payed for hardship caused by a frivolous lawsuit.
