Value small caps are just not paying off right now. If you like value look at the following: Deswell(DSWLF) has an excellent thread. The company is based out of Hongkong has around $5 in cash earns around $2-$2.50 pays about $1-$1.30 in dividends (tax free in an IRA) and sells for $12 per share. IIXC is slightly larger-Market cap is $1.2Billion. Has a coast to coast fiber-optic cable. It's competitors Qwest and LVLT have market caps in excess of $10Billion. Better PR? Also IIXC owns 20% of PSIX and that interest in todays prices is worth about $400MM. This market is wacky.
