I am with u musti I think all this dilution is discounted in the present price didn't everyone know about the debentures ??? just curious this is the first time I have seen a company say they had disappointing sales...I am referring to the letter sent out to the shareholders...this was not required...but still the company chose to say so is this a ploy to scare the small investor out of the stock and set the "accumulation" phase into motion recent activity actually shows that MMs are desperately trying to gather stock for big investors a real bad spread of 3/16 discourages small buyers and forces weak and foolish hands to sell....and then the big boy snaps it up between the bid and spread small trades are mopped up and sold as large blocks IMHO...company is holding back some big news till MMs and big fish get in
