"I would think they [CSCO] will first go after call center expertise. I bet they align with ASPT. This is the basis behind my investment moving forward. FWIW. " I would tend to agree, given that ASPT is now going to great lengths to transform themselves into a software company -- they must have a significant goal pulling them in that direction and they haven't fully disclosed just what that goal is (e.g. CSCO partnership or?).
