I wonder where Level Head is?
Out of state, at the moment, working on a project -- this AZNT business has suddenly taken on all of the trappings of a hobby, but it is not in a position to supplant making a living.
However, I was able to get some information on today's proceedings. Any interest?<g>. I'm surprised that Spider hasn't reported in -- he was on the stand today. And, to give him credit, sounded fairly reasonable (if understandably nervous).
I will try to make some sense of the notes that I took over the phone a few minutes ago. Bear with me. And also, my "friend of a friend" in the court has, I understand, no previous experience with securities disputes, let alone AZNT, so details were missed that will be disappointing -- but I was fortunate enough to get a good observer, and with no biases. I will pass along this second-hand information as carefully as I can. Stay tuned.
