LindyBill, I enjoyed your exchange with ToySoldier. Regarding this story about Canadian Government suing MSFT. First of all, they don't stand a chance.

I can imagine IBM Canada; Corel; and maybe a few others doing some lobbying to give MSFT a "hard time". However, I have to tell you that Canadian governments just don't have the money to invest in real lawyers. There will be an outcry --why are we wasting money?
We don't have anti-trust suits either.

There is nothing to be gained especially from Canadian courts.
Lawsuits are rare in our country, especially from a government.

BTW--Canadian Governments want to be business friendly and a lawsuit of this nature will not project a good image. I bet they won't sue.
