For one thing, Allen, she might not really have known. For another thing, this was forecast for "this week or next week", and for her to tell you "Oh yeah, it'll be today at the close" could be construed by tight lipped AXC as being too revealing. So you got the same treatment as everyone else- what's your problem? AXC obviously doesn't announce in advance exactly when they'll announce, and you got the same cold shoulder everyone else got. Get used to it- this is the very non-hype QUIET company. They're only solidly performing so as to turn this company (and eventually the stock) into a technology barn burner such as the world has rarely seen. I can't believe you'll dump a potential 50 bagger (yes, I know what I just wrote) because you couldn't get info that NO ONE ELSE was getting. Become VP or Chairman, then you can know exactly when they'll report.
