yup..I said BUY them, not HAVE them....lots of people had stuff they got barter or black market, I did not think they bought them at western prices. The only data I have found indicates that about two percent of world population have cellphones, and the disposable income statistics lead me to conclude that only wealthy people have them...and that is consistent with what I saw. on the other hand, the businesses had cellphones..but they were paid for by the businesses. I saw lots of those.
