Hi TIG - You dodn't really know what the future will hold especially with Intel out there. CLIX has a much better chance to survive with the proposed merger and it will take atleast until the Q4 to show the market the positive combination of the merger. The stock should move higher in anticipation of this so I believe we are close to our lows now. "... How low can CLIX go down?"... It is possible for the company to go to $0.00 or $3.5 dollar <GR>. Book value is about $1.50. Right now the stock is tracking to VTEL's price at a .46:1.0 ratio with a slight preminum due to time to the merger. Good luck with your investments. EKS
