That's just the problem, the idea is to keep the great p/e the company has now. For example issuing 10,000,000 more shares would double it.

I have to wonder at the rationale behind the decision. Why not just apply for a listing on a U.S. exchange? We would all benefit that way. This approach only makes sense for a company desperate to raise capital; I can't believe that given the cash inflow from Bow Flex that they need to raise capital.

This assumes that the mattress roll out has not self-destructed and that the Nautilus purchase is no worse than appears on the surface.

Perhaps more details will come out with year end results. Which I believe are due on the 22nd.
