AV, just a short reply.

I know this short post doesn't do your letter justice, but all the same, I feel you over reacted to my post. I didn't feel that I'd gone ballistic, or was even irritated. Just posting my gentle observations. I'm sorry if I caused you such alarm. I'll try and censor my posts a little better from here on.
