WINTER PARK, Fla., Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Innovative Holdings & Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IHTL), has announced the formation of its new wholly owned subsidiary, Global Sports Network, Inc. (GSN). This new subsidiary is creating a worldwide internet sports network that is unlike any broadcast or internet venue in existence today.
Unlike television, internet viewers will not just see a sports event, they will "experience" it by viewing on-screen information in "real time". This is information ranging from scoring/timing and statistics of the event to describing an athlete's bio/physiological performance and key equipment operation/response. The Network will also deliver relevant environmental readings on a "real time" basis.
In addition, GSN will offer online shopping for hard-to-find sports merchandise and memorabilia, plus "real time" sports news. The Network is scheduled to be operational in Spring, 1999.
